In The End, it seemed to end pleasantly enough: Tanaka lost his virginity and acted out some if not all of his fetishes with a real live woman instead of a love doll, Saori learned at least something of what sex is about, and she's *cough-cough* pitching the idea of coming back again ... Junichi approves. Not sure what the father's reaction or response will be if he discovers that his daughter has "done the deed" ... if Junichi's lucky, he'll only be required to "... take responsibility, right?"
