Not Finnish, but this reminds me of a slice-of-life manga about a girl who (from my interpretation of the pictures) is obsessed with having the perfect lunch experience... and who is also Norwegian, and she spoke understandable, but broken Norwegian in some of her sentences. (And in some promotional art, she seems to wear bunad as well.)

There's only two chapters of it because the author contracted... cancer I believe, so the manga had to be put on hold. (Forever as it turned out, as he died from it last year.)
