Personally, I think Boss-kun deducing (even if he didn't say so directly) that Kahara-san has to date lived a rather sheltered life under possibly a domineering mother, where all she ever does is study, was pretty much right on target.

Some might say the young lady needed to (as the saying goes) "get outside and touch the grass", in order to get a new perspective on life. And, without repeating all the specifics, Boss-kun was enough of a gentleman to help her do so in various ways ... LIKE A BOSS.
