Well, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I do have to agree with that it does here. She was dissatisfied with her husband's infidelity (I'll take her word for it) so she's dissatisfied with the relationship overall and her interaction with her former student was pretty organic before they hit it off. Now, there are some stories that has that tag combo strictly off of how strongly they feel about each other, but the cheater essentially plays both the partner and paramour. Those tagged stories are the ones I don't get.
