Mixed feelings on this one. On one hand the girlfriend did blue ball him for 6 months. On the other he did take her to multiple love hotels knowing she wasn't ready. Page 19, panel 1. "No matter how many times I take this cock inside of me it still feels so darn good." They have had sex twice. LOL...Why would you feel the need to take your girlfriend to a love motel to sleep with her? That might not be what she's looking for to set the mood. I've made this inference about other stories - maybe out of left field sometimes - but this looks like he was set up. It could be that somehow Kanae tipped his girlfriend off (esp since they may be acquaintances) that she was able to lure him into sex and show he's willing to get down and dirty with any chick pushy enough. Then she sent the text to break up. I say good - he seems like a loser looking for symphathy.

Because this is set in Japan which notoriously has thin walling in apartment complexes. Love hotels actually exist specifically for that purpose as you can't have sex without disturbing public harmony in your own residence oftentimes(least as an apartment dweller). As for the second half maybe. It wouldn't surprise me but sex in a relationship should involve some level of communication that doesn't seem present here. I.e if she's the until marriage type and didn't tell him them his frustration is understandable. How he's handling it not so much but this is porn most people don't care about that last part.

Oh, well that part about going to the hotel makes sense now. I thought those love hotels existed just for a couple to escape their normal surroundings. I’m not sure why she would lead him on by being there with him but maybe I’m expecting too much story-wise…which leads me to the lack of communication part. Well…the sex panels are great but it ends kinda…sucky like? Makes you wonder was the girlfriend cheating or perhaps this was a set-up of some sort. Somehow the woman in question is acquainted with a friend of a friend and she just so happens to target buddy when he’s most vulnerable and somewhat morally detached. It's his girlfriend texting him. You can tell because if the details in his phone earlier in the chapter the volume buttons are on the left side while power is on the right and its the exact same phone drawn. additionally his head is towards the bottom of the page on that panel when she sees he got that message.

The reason I am unsure who sent the text is it is in the middle of the screen with no speech indicator. In the earlier shot you could see speech bubbles going left and right, but there wasn't one on the Let's break up. I can understand why any of the three might want the relationship to disolve but I am curious who had the balls to pull the trigger and why.

Edit: I just looked again and I see what you mean. The girlfriend sent the text and it appeared on the front screen as an unread message. I still wonder if she is breaking up with him because he is too pushy. Good thing for her as it turns out he has a thing for choking without permission.
