Rumi-chan's Doing Her Best

I have a real problem with this story. Unlike other manga or hentai that establish these uniforms are for college-level private schools thereby setting an appropriate age bar this story seems unapologetically happy having Rumi-Chan being underage and very sexually active. The story of an immature, lonely girl making progressively worse decisions simply because she's very young and very lonely. And then the lusting-from-afar lesbian "friend" jokes about the educational system?!? Where is the support and friendship, where are her parents? Isn't the term for this pedophilia? Isn't that illegal EVERYWHERE? I advocate for creative freedoms, but that comes with the burden of not being a bad actor; you clearly understood where the line was and crossed it anyway! In my opinion this work shouldn't be supported or continue to remain available.
