UPDATE AND REVISION:
50 / 50
On 02/27/19, I gave this chapter a solid 40/50 rating, but in the days
that followed, everyone had so much fun poring over the details and
analyzing the story that I decided to raise the rating to a top-tier (and
well-deserved) 50/50.
And I no longer believe Misako is lying to Ogura when she says she
quit her other job to work at the brothel. However, she deliberately
neglects to mention an embarrassing little detail---that she switched
jobs months ago---thus allowing her husband to believe she went to
work at the brothel that very same day. She does this because she's
trying to shield him from the revelation that, far from being a virtuous
wife, she is, in fact, a longtime well-established sex worker who really
enjoys her job.
Please note, Misako's not lying by omission because Ogura never
specifically asked her WHEN she switched jobs. So she's telling
the truth---as far as it goes.<br>

Cultural Note:
In Japan, there are special "escort services" that employ housewives
who have fallen into debt (or, as in this chapter, whose spouses have
fallen into debt). Some of these women are middle-aged or older.
Once a woman pays off her debt, she quietly quits the escort service
and assumes the role of a respectable housewife once again, putting
the experience behind her as if it never happened, thus shielding her-
self from self-reproach---which is very sensible.

This chapter is basically a poignant sex farce, with Ogura as the
butt of the joke. His wife has clearly been working at the brothel
for a long time (and enjoying it), but he can't figure it out, either
because he's clueless, or because he's deep in denial.

The biggest WTF is that he hasn't had sex with his wife in _two years_. Who does that who isn't at retirement age? That means that he didn't even manage to sleep with her for their _anniversary_. This guy is just screwing up life in general.

loveless marriages-of-convenience in order to improve their
job prospects with companies that discriminate against
singles (who are considered immature and undependable).
So the fact that Ogura and Misako haven't had sex in two
years is not unusual within the context of Japanese society.

Sigh ... I personally hope husband-kun finds a solution to his debt problem other than having his cute wife work in a brothel, otherwise, he might be driven to have a one-way encounter with Truck-kun, ... or more final, Train-kun (if you know what I mean).

That's...quite the title. Certainly doesn't really leave much to the imagination regarding the content.
Debt stories can get pretty depressing, especially in Hentai. She's doing it for him, and the part where he started to tear up after realising what his wife is being forced to do to help him, and yet smiles and assures him she'll do her best...just makes it that much more sad.

Well, crying to let it all out can be healthy sometimes. But really, the important thing right now would be doing everything you can to shorten the amount of time she has to work there.

Wait... is her first customer after him the guy from the start in disguise?
There are some interesting clues sprinkled throughout this chapter:
(1) It's been at least two years since Ogura and Misako had sex.
That means she's been sexually frustrated and possibly looking
for some excitement.
(2) Misako seems to be well-established at the brothel, with her
name and picture on the directory and everything, even though
she supposedly started work that very same day.
(3) Misako also seems to be well-experienced. "When the hell
did she learn all these kinky tricks!?" (page 10, panel 4)
I conclude that Misako lies to Ogura when she says she quit her
"other job" (page 6, panel 6). In fact, she's been working at the
brothel for many months. She never had another part-time job.
More to the point, she actually enjoys being a sex worker,
something she slyly hints at when she says: "I'm gonna do my
best! I'll suck as many dicks as I can… just for you, honey!"
(page 17, panel 4)

I heartily agree with your analysis. Only someone connected with
the Yakuza would offer a job at a "nice brothel" to a woman whose
husband is in financial trouble. I should've noticed the fellow's light
tie and black shirt, which is a dead giveaway. He definitely has the
look of a flashy gangster.
I rather carelessly picked the word "boss" out of the air because
I was focused on the question of Misako's tenure at the brothel.
Imagine the loan shark's surprise when he discovers Misako is
already a longtime sex worker.
