It's so cute seeing Shinomoto who's a delinquent kogal spending time with the loner Kawabe, as they use the nurses office as an unofficial hang out place while slowly falling in love with one another. With Shinomoto feeling comfortable enough with opening up to Kawabe about her dreams and Kawabe finally having someone there to spend time with, it so perfect cause they're basically already unofficially dating :)
And mad respect for a seemingly weak guy like Kawabe not hesitating for a second when it came to standing up to those assholes and protecting Shinomoto!! Now Kawabe gets a sexy, loving kogal girlfriend and Shinomoto gets a handsome, good guy boyfriend who isn't as weak as he seems!

Also shout out to the School Nurse wingman for seeing the situation Shinomoto and Kawabe were in and since she probably knows the both of them pretty well from the two of them always spending time in the nurses office, lets it go with a "Meh... I'll just go take a smoke break." LOL!
(I was also half expecting the Nurse after seeing Shinomoto and Kawabe getting busy to want some action by using the two delinquents on the staircase lol!)

In The End, Kawabe's (possibly latent) Chick Magnetism (thank you, TV Tropes) emerges when he's wearing contacts instead of his usual glasses. Shinomoto realizes this and decides: "Aw Hell No!"
