Still, what a twist. Her making that threat was probably a bluff to get him to let her go, but instead he saw it as a way to finally get out of his terrible situation in life even if it meant destroying his business and going to jail for some time. Poor guy must have been at the end of his rope, and he saw a way out and decided to take it, using the most...effective means of ensuring she'll report him/destroy his business. I mean she did threaten to report him for a crime he didn't commit, and since he actually wants her to go through with it, I guess it helps if he makes the crime itself real.
As for that ending...I mean, rather than getting reported and going to jail/destroying your business...Just make those videos and sell them as a side business? Then maybe just quit your job and do that full time...
