Concerts generally tend to last about 3 to 4 hours. If I was grinding against a girl like for that long I probably wouldn't hesitate to perform the horizontal hula either.

In my experience, that is a 50% accurate representation of concerts from the front row. No sex, but you do get crushed against a rail. They forgot to depict getting kicked in the back of the head by crowd surfers though. The Pit is much more fun...until you also get hit.
