A skort is a real thing. It is basically a pair of shorts that look like a skirt from the front. It can be used by sporty women. This is not what she is wearing.

What a nice guy though, rather than push her to fulfill her promise, he just took her to the infirmary, patched her up and was about to leave without doing anything. Though in reality he just couldn't bring himself to ask her to do such things which she took as an insult to her looks, which resulted in her provoking him in the most tsundere way possible.
