So, on page 1 panel 3 she is breaking up with, I assume, an older man because he is too clingy. Then she latched onto Sensei because he is too distant. To be honest I was surprised she didn't poke holes in the condoms. But it would be stupid to get knocked up by her teacher and cost him his job so they couldn't support the baby. As the last page shows, she ain't no dummy.

I missed the text messages on page one on first read, but the girl on the smartphone and the girl that got with sensei are two different girls in the same class (see page 2)

The two girls on page 2 are the same girl. Panel 1 is when he first transfered and panel 2 is sometime later. On the same page he complains that she changed her hair. Page 3 panel 7(bottom left) is the girl he previously dated.

But I see it otherwise, teacher was dating with another school girl from old school.

Which means his relationship with former one was broken and caused widespread gossip as she shown rumor from her phone screen to him. So He forced to moved to new school where he met her in this chapter.

Then she use his rumor date to blackmail him for making relationship with her. That is what I see.
