It's pretty clear that the succubus story was promoted mainly by celibate
holy men, in order to explain away their unwanted, "sinful" wet dreams---
and also by celibate holy women, to explain their "mysterious" pregnancies.

When Megumi takes a call from her husband right in the middle
of being fucked, it's like they're engaging in hot phone sex, with
the incubus as a proxy.

I would've added an extra panel in which we learn that Megumi's
husband is jerking off as he listens to his wife getting banged by
the incubus.

That would've added a nice, lighthearted
touch of NTR to the shenanigans.

Karma Tatsuro just can't write a normal chapter. Every chapter has to be this strangely creative sexual idea.
