It's nice to see a story where the FMC (Eri) says that she's slept with many other men and the Male MC (Yachi) is all, "t(ツ)_/¯"
He maybe a goofball, but he is a kind-hearted guy!

Love isn't how someone makes you feel during the good times. Love is how much you need someone during the bad. The fact that despite everything, how depressed she was or how confusingly painful it was for him, that they were willing to be there for each other in their own strange ways means that she did love him in a sense. It's just that the right kind of love is something you never really notice until two people figure it out together or when it's gone. The right kind of love should feel like it's normal, like it's something easy to overlook because it's something that should be there without second thought. The trick is realizing you have "that right kind of love" before it's too late.

Agreed. What's more, what I really like is that this work shows something that very few works on romance do, which is that love is a choice as much if not more than it is an emotion.
The girls at the end gushing about how love is have the idealistic view of love that many seem to have. Love can be like that, yes (and it's amazing when it is), but it has peaks and valleys. Expecting the initial passion and moment-to-moment emotions alone to carry you through a relationship is a losing strategy. Yachi and Eri are both wise in that they are choosing to try to grow a love for one another, despite not really understanding it, or feeling a sweeping passion. Even if that love is the smallest seed at the moment, it is more firmly rooted than many other "further along" relationships.

Yachi-kun displayed Genuine Feelings ... It Was SUPER-EFFECTIVE! She probably still has some way to go before she can truly let go of the past, but at least Eri-san has found the best potential boyfriend out there.
In The End, There Can Be Only One Conclusion: "Well Isn't That Cute? ... BUT IT'S RIGHT!"

This two part story was fantastic and is further proof that Gosaiji has truly become one of the best hentai authors currently in the business!
Yachi-kun with his kind, goofball nature and genuine desire to see Eri be happy is enough to help melt this kuudere's heart.. he's too pure for this world!
Finding out and understanding what true love is can be difficult for anyone especially more so for a kuudere like Eri, who's distant and uncaring demeanor makes it hard for her to truly connect with someone. And what didn't help is the fact that her first boyfriend turned out to be a scumbag who probably tainted Eri's view on relationships and sex. But lucky for her Yachi-kun shows up like a knight in shining armor who honestly just wants Eri to be happy, and wants to help her achieve it. Talk about a well earned happy ending.
One thing I really loved about both chapters is the way Gosaiji drew Eri's eyes. Since kuudere are emotionless by default her eyes really were the window to her soul and helped convey how she was truly feeling. Her eyes go from black and lifeless to lighter and softer throughout the story.
