at page 3 im doubting the veracity of this story, beating the epidemic....ha! what a fairy tale.

Based on what women wear to go shopping after the pandemic, this is extremely likely. I assume some have gotten used to dressing down because no one sees them in their homes, but I have seen more than a few nipples slipping into view.
