It could definitely be cool if your significant other had a weak spot like that, but you don't want her to react _too_ strongly. I recall at least one story where the guy pretty much just patting the girl on her head made her flood downstairs, and having a girl turned on _that_ easily would actually make it hard to interact normally. The ear thing here though seems like it would probably work well for sex without causing her a lot of problems outside of it even though she's very sensitive.
