I don't really know what to feel about this. I mean, at least he's...somewhat better by the end than he was in the beginning, planning to save her...eventually, anyway. I still feel bad for her though, as she's still suffering while he bides his time.
Hell, I'd have been happier if he just went in there and brutally murdered that douche either at the beginning, or middle, or even at the end, anytime really.
