Everything is in the title... This is pure Shindo L. The book I received isn't flawless because (it was already mentioned) one page has a printing error and the dust jacket is a bit damaged too (may be due to shipping, I don't know). Nevertheless, it features high-quality illustrations and is solid overall. Shindo L holds an important place in the hentai industry and showcases various scenes and genres, meaning he can influence almost every H enjoyer. Shindo L is a must have.
PS: Just a reminder that it's fiction. I think it is preferable for those who can't tell the difference or those who don't like darker genres to read more vanilla.

this book is one of the few i would say is a must have! its such a good book i bought 2. as of today it is sitting at #2 in my top 5 favorie hentai books. as with all Shindo L books his art style is TOP TEIR and covers the same teir themes. this books themes are tame compared to his other books. but is still a breath of fresh air from his usual. this book is a must have for any collection.

I have nothing wrong with the basic tropes. It's a nice fall back when you don't know what you want.

Overall I have been pleased with FAKKU and its content. Shindo L is a gifted artist but a lolicon character right in the middle of this book made me question FAKKU’s review process and kinda ruined the book for me. I’m well aware this is Hentai and artists will push the envelope from time to time. Shindo L’s previous work is good and in a few scenes walked right up to the line but the chapter Battlefield Flower may have crossed a line. Again this is just an opinion and I’m not trying to kink shame or scare anyone, this book is currently being sold on Amazon so the content I’m referring to is likely not an issue, they wouldn’t sell it if it was. Just be aware there is some good hentai in this book but there’s one chapter that, in my opinion, lessens the rest.

He’s done a lot of stuff over the years & this is a good lot. Thankfully doesn’t include the dog/child story that was done.

I love books that have multiple stories, so this one had to go into my collection. This was a great read, amazing art and lots of freaky characters

The art is great here and there are some interesting stories to read. There was a little hiccup with the page order towards the end of the book, so if possible I’d rate 4.5 stars.

Fantastic artwork and art-style but story content is hit or miss.

A lot of people will hate on the loli stuff but I don't think it was that big of a deal. Usually I'm only okay with loli on a personal level if it's Monster Girl related (like with 'Monster Girl Encyclopedia' because the girls just don't work like humans so it's contextually extremely different and that's just how they work).

Starts of with 4 chapters of more or less consensual sex.
Then one chapter extremely creepy loli.
The rest is borderline mindbreak.

In short I really like the style (most of the time, that loli chapter though...) but in the later half I found the "plot" somewhat creepy.

Some stories hit better than others, but was a nice mixed assortment move the less from start to finish.

This one has been on my list for a while now and it did not disappoint! There is a lolicon chapter so just be aware of that. Ioved every chapter and I loved all the bulges inside the girl's stomachs when they're getting rodding by the men' enormously huge cocks. Also.. Shindo's ahegao faces and art are just beautiful👌

Great Short stories put together into one book.
Considering its by Shindo L there is no need so anymorethen that.

ShindoL has always been my favorite artist with many different fetish.

The Pink Album is one of the many fantastic books created by Shindo L, after the mass purge of all his other content on here aside from Metamorphosis its great to see more of his content get published westward. There are a couple light hearted chapters in this book and plenty more that will make you question what the fuck you just read in all its Shindo L goodness. The problem though arises on chapter 5 page 122, the first page of Battlefield Flower.
This is probably a first print run issue, so probably not a problem in future printings but for whatever reason the page is very pixelated. Everything is still readable, thankfully, but it is very noticeable pixilation. It is a very slight case of needs more jpeg.
Anyhow, this is a great book that I would recommend to any fan of Shindo L.

You know what you're getting into when you pick up this manga but here's the review. There's great things to be said on several chapters from ShindoL's The pink album, from coming to age stories to drug use and manipulation. Artwork is great as usual but chapters that fall short are noticeably bad and shallow. There's 9 chapters and 3 of them are blatantly underwhelming. Some people (me included) will not like all the content in this manga and that's ok.

A little too extreme for me but I can't deny the mastery of the whole and of the artist.

So I bought this because I read Metamorphosis and thought it had pretty good story telling behind what was actually going on. This book isn’t like that. I knew it was a collection of shorts going in, but there wasn’t anything in the stories that I got outside of “get to the smashing”. It has a couple generic shorts, but it had a good chunk be about demon rape and a loli story in the middle. Rape and lolis aren’t my thing, so I didn’t really care for this book too much.

One of my non-monstergirl favs. It has the taste of life in it.

I demand more Shindo L. I also demand Shindo L and Asanagi do a collaborative work with exclusive chapters.

The collection of stories here is varied, and while each individual one might not be towards everyone's particular tastes, there's sure to be something for everyone overall. The color pages, in particular, are excellent. The only real downside is that some of these characters are interesting enough to have expanded stories that we'll probably never see.

I only knew 1 story in this series, so I purchased it knowing it was probably going to be worth it. It was.

As usual, Shindo L's works are a little more than they seem, and anyone who's liked his work should get this.

A good collection of stories by ShindoL; if you're a fan and know what to expect, then you'll enjoy this. If you're not familiar, then be aware that their work really leans heavily into having more extreme versions of the usual hentai storylines.

As an example of what I mean by that, one of the storylines in the book features a rich, smart, beautiful, super-popular schoolgirl looked up to by everyone. Now in a lot of hentai one of the standard tropes is that it turns out she's secretly super horny and slutty; but in a ShindoL work what it means is that she secretly wants to be violently gang-raped. So...she's rather fucked up. And that's what you'll tend to see in ShindoL: hentai tropes, but cranked up to 11. In particular there's a lot of female protagonists who either are broken, or who get broken in the story. This does make ShindoL stand out, as you get a level of hardness beyond what's available from a lot of other artists. But if that sort of thing is too much for you, watch out.

Comparing against ShindoL's other major work on FAKKU, Metamorphosis, this book is a bit different. First off, it's a variety pack of stories, not a single narrative (although it does include two multi-parters). Secondly, it's not nearly as sad as Metamorphosis is, as while the stories tend to be very hard for most of them everyone involved is having a good time with no regrets. Even the sadder stories here just can't quite plumb the depths of despair that you can reach in a seven-part book. Whether or not this fact makes this book a little better or a little worse is up to your tastes.

A couple of the stories in this book appeared in X-Eros releases that FAKKU has published, but for the most part none of this is available via subscription.

Shindo L always goes and makes the most beautiful looking art with unique stories. I hope there's more of his works coming out soon

As most of Shindo L's work you should expect the same artwork and similar story style. If you're new to this I'll try to do my best to explain it but basically you Shindo L makes unique artwork compared to most artists which is why I put him near the top of my list if not the top of my list in terms of art style which is a personal preference so to each their own when it comes to that. It is difficult to describe his artwork so I would recommend checking out samples offered in some of his work on Fakku or looking it up. Most have heard of his probably most popular hentai manga metamorphosis. Basically if you've read it then you kind of understand what he does. Not all of them are negative like metamorphosis but I would say rape it's probably one of the common tags he likes to dabble with (not so much in this manga). For those who do not like negative hentai he sometimes messes with other tags but the bulk of his stuff would be considered in this category of negative hentai. Hopefully we get a TSF series manga and his other works which are either not translated or not available at the moment.

No one, but NO one is as legendary for their ahegao faces than master Shindol and this book serves as further proof. Hoping to see more of this hentai legend's original books on Fakku soon. And a way to buy his doujin again.

When I heard this was coming out, I was concerned that there was one story that was going to be "cut" from the Japanese version. It wasn't.

This manga like the artist isn't for everyone. But for ShindoL fans? Yeah. Get it.

I clicked fast and hard as soon as I saw this. Tremendous art and scenarios. 10/10 will fap again.

The only chapter that I didn't enjoy was the National Geographic (loli?) chapter. Too bizarre for me. I recommend this book to a person who generally enjoys ShindoL's wild concepts. He's a freak.

If you’re familiar with ShindoL then you know their work. Thankfully this books is on the lighter side.

Another part of the solid masterpiece, a reference of Neo Geographic issue, lots of random stories especially the librarian, the summer beach love making memories, a rich girl getting her love. Pink Album title is also a reference to the Beatles White Album.

I enjoyed some of the stories, but the Incubus chapter is kind of offensive to people of religion. I guess to each their own. Alright book, but still. I was shocked!

This is a work that "Tender" of ShindoL Finally possible When compared to those works of dojin or manga.

Not all the stories I could enjoy but some I did.

Another ShindoL masterpiece, just not a fan of the Nat Geo section. Other than that pretty good one to add to the collection.

A nice reminder that while he likes sad stories, that ain't all Shindo L is about. As to the variety... well, it runs the scale from happy gangbangs, to taboo moments, to oh god why did i do this, to full on knock me up because I love you vanilla. A solid crosssection of all Da Hootch can do.
