Loved this! Extra points:

1. "Heart" expression drawn on tongue, page 09. Eyes are more common, making this extra nice to see.

2. Dat ass on lucky number 13 bout gave me concussion! Very nice.

3. Madam president is too cute, dammit XD!

6 months! Dude...she's so right, take a hint 0_0. Assuming that you are leaving very clear hints, and he's just not picking up on them, ladies--you can just ask; it's not a turn off (shouldn't be anyway). I get that y'all enjoy being sought after and chased, and there's the fear of rejection too, but...damn. I guess I can at least applaud their impressive patience. They take the blue ribbon for virtue.

Hmm, When I saw the title I was expecting "President" to mean the leader of a country, but I guess it would normally just be the student council president.
If she constantly comes over to your house for 6 months, I would think she considers you a really good friend, moreso than a potential love interest, but that also depends on what kind of 'hints' she has been giving him.
Great ending, though. After all, really great Protagonists always make the girl happy in the epilogue.
