I think I am only one on this site (or a rare case)who doesn't like vanilla. This story is like any other that I did read, just a different art, maybe I am a stick in the mud; but cannot help it, this is yet another one in the pile of thousands or even millions...

sadly fetish stuff doesnt appeal to a large market (not to mention the artist has to want to draw it) so it's much rarer :( safer to make a vanilla story where you're guaranteed to sell books it seems

Well if you put it that way, it kinda makes sense, I guess not a lot people would like stuff that would make ShindoL Metamorphosis basically Vanilla of the genre ( not that it's a bad book, I for one, like ShindoL works) Maybe in the future we'll get something on level of Starless (which devs released unofficial official patch -if that makes any sense)

Am I the only one kinda bothered that these stories never have explicit consent? She is literally saying no and he still moves on her. For some strange reason, a lot of other vanilla stories do the same thing.

Same. 95% of these stories actually belong in the forced tag, but hentai logic prevails. What I find even more disturbing are the comments saying things like "oh she might be saying no but that's not really what she means". Yeah okay, apply that to real life and you get rape culture at its most basic.

She might say no, but it's evident that she wants to have sex with him and their feelings are mutual. Her problem is that she is overwhelmed by his sudden (and really clingy) confession and doesn't know how to react. More so if you take into regard that she is a tsundere. (Sorry if somebody feels offended because of my comment, it wasn't my intention)
