Did anyone see clearly on Page 3 just what caused male-protag-kun to almost drown? Was it merely the stereotypical "leg cramp", or something else. Answer needed for, ...er, ... research purposes.

LOL. It makes it sound like he got stung by a fish, which may or may not be serious (that would depend on the fish), but it would mean that she probably should have been getting him medical help rather than letting her libido loose. Still, it clearly worked out in his favor, and the mangaka did not feel the need to add a large enough dose of reality to make the actual reason for his near drowning matter. We're clearly not complaining though. It just means more pages of sexy girl.

What's with the aversion to both characters being non-virgins in so many hentai? It's always just "both virgins" or "virgin and (usually) super experienced/mega-slut".
I did enjoy this, but I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more if he had been experienced as well, even if just a little. Especially since he was going up against a self-proclaimed super horny girl with lots of experience (which, in real life anyway, sounded like way too much for most men to consider even physically touching this girl).
At least if he had some experience then maybe him satisfying her would be more believable, and also his lack of caution/restraint/disgust when learning of her true nature and past conquests.
TLDR - I want more "non-virgin x non-virgin" stories. I feel that would make some stories more believable. But "virgin x virgin" and "non-virgin x virgin" are still acceptable.

Her beads also changed wrists. So, if it's actually intended to be real for both, the mangaka clearly was not paying attention. But that's not exactly anything new. Mistakes like that get made all the time, unfortunately. Of course, the real question is how anyone noticed anything other than her ass and cameltoe with them staring you in the face like that. ;)

...To be honest, I don't see why her sex drive is a problem. I think many guys would be perfectly happy to go along with it and date her, kind of like our protagonist. I guess her ex-boyfriends were all not Hentai Protagonists.
Great ending though. Seems he really did resolve himself to be the one for her and I guess he'll be training his stamina...Every night, from now on.
...Also I kinda of wanted the boss to get some action too, but hey, I still really liked this release. Maybe in a sequel or side story?
