Well, in the end, they're still essentially being 'milked' for their semen and uh, potential, but at least it's reached a point where the girls actually ask politely and do things to please them too (Like the nekomimi on the last page).
At this point the male swim team is basically a lost cause, but hey, may as well get the most out of it, I suppose.
