Personally, when looking at this again, (1) I get "Sexy Onee-san" vibes from the FMC (Ena), which is a damn good reason to jump ship (2) from the dialog as the story progressed, Hajime seems to get along with Ena to the point where one would ask: so how come you two aren't a couple? (3) from PAGE 5 to the end, it seems that a sufficient amount of alcohol was enough to let the reader see that just maybe Ena feels something for Hajime, that might turn out to be more than just becoming sex friends. But in all honesty, perhaps the artist would have to do a continuation story to address those points
