These will never be answered without the prequels, but I have a few thoughts:
Her inner dialogue this whole chapter makes you question if she knew Takeshi loved her but was lying to herself to protect him from the trauma the truth would bring.
Also, you wonder if some part of her loved Takeshi back but she couldn't turn away from the pleasure. I say this since I couldn't get the sense that she loves the BF for anything more than the sex now as she never mentions anything else about the BF that makes him a better choice for her. It'd be strange for the author to leave that out if this is the series finale.
Lastly, I wonder if the BF truly loves her. He's stoic, made her reject Takeshi while he had sex with her, and reprimanded her for not rejecting Takeshi immediately by roughly fucking her. IMO, in hentai these are usually indicators of a BF who only wants sex.Â
It's fascinating to know that the whole mood of this chapter could swing wildly if we knew what happens in the prequels, but alas.

Well, somehow I missed this artist's Fakku! works. Personally, I'm glad it looks like the rest of the titles verged clear from this story's tone. I'm not sure why you would confess to the older brother's girlfriend in the first place even if you had a crush on her...And if you didn't know they were going out, how is that possible? It seems the older brother was designed to be an asshole while given a poor source of empathy for his douchery. If I was her, I'd rethink things after the last page. That wasn't love what he did, love. The dude doesn't seem too good at all in character, and usually IRL the gf or wife will eventually find herself on the unexpected, wrong end of things.

Oh, I guess there were prequels to this chapter that Fakku! didn't get a chance to release. Given the gravity of the emotion in theme and holes in the story (again, not knowing who your brother is going out with is pretty implausible), I personally would have left this one out as well.

Holy shit, this brother is a piece of work. Yeah she should give him a straight answer and OBVIOUSLY TURN HIM DOWN since she's into him but literally breaking everything apart like that during a phone call is some sleaze level bullshit. And she got off to it, so I guess they're made for each other. Little bro is better off without either of them.

I think what some people are forgetting here is that Kana and Yuuichi are already going out and that Kana liked Yuuichi in first place. So you can feel bad for Takeshi, but think of it from Yuuichi's perspective. You're dating someone and your younger brother says they like her too. I think I'd be like "Well, tough shit, dude." Especially since it's your younger brother. And then if your brother tries to steal your girlfriend, they're just a huge asshole and it makes things awkward.

The older brother did the right thing forcing her to give his little brother a straight answer. Imagine if she hadn't told him how much damage that could have caused between the older and younger brothers relationship if the younger brother found out about her seeing the older brother later. Anyone who has ever felt like they have been strung along by a girl knows that feeling sucks. At least now he can let it go. Tell her how you feel and get an answer out of her. More often than not you wont be able to continue being friends with her for the sake of your feelings especially if she meets another guy.Â

I agree with you, but making her reject him while he plays with her doesn't really help that message get across in the chapter itself.
It just gives the whole thing a crappy NTR vibe, even if that isn't the case.

@G0dricKiln Rowdy said it gave an NTR vibe, not that it was an actual NTR. Meaning what the older brother did to the little brother (and his gf, for that matter) was mean-spirited just like what an NTR tone would have. The main objective for NTR I've seen is they are designed to ridicule the significant other in one way or another. This wasn't an NTR but it did have that tone.

The best part was him telling her that they can no longer continue their friendship. A very mature response. That is always the right thing to do in this situation. Too many guys get rejected by girls they like and pretend they can still be friends in the hope she changes her mind just to end up getting their feelings hurt. Sometimes it can work but more often then not you just end up looking pathetic or becoming a complete ass when she meets someone. If the girl changes her mind she will seek you out after you've removed yourself. As far as the older brother messing with her while she was on the phone, chalk that up to jealousy.

I feel like we caught the tail end of a long deep rooted NTR series. That or there will be one more to either solidify the NTR or where the younger brother has to pick up the pieces of her broken heart. Only time will tell.

But how can she be stolen from him if she never belonged to him. It's not like she was obligated to reciprocate his feelings

While I agree it wasn't an NTR, it did have that tone. I don't know how anyone can just overlook the victim-ridicule theme that NTRs have and not see any similarities to a story that isn't an NTR but have the same tone.

It can't be NTR if the dude wasn't in a relationship with her. It's not like she belonged to Takeshi. He just didn't confess to her fast enough

NTR doesn't require them to be in a relationship. NTR is more about the feeling of those involved. It doesn't even need the person being NTRed to be aware of the fact. NTR can be the feelings of the one being stolen or stolen from. It all depends on how the story is handled.

That's quite the title...Certainly has a lot of implications. So this is the conclusion to a series? Suddenly I'm quite curious about the previous chapters. But even without the context of the previous chapters, I find this one rather interesting.
Quite a rollercoaster of emotions, this release. I think she did actually like Takeshi as well as her Senpai who she's going out with, and once Takeshi confessed, she realised her own love for him, but it could never bear fruit because she already has her Senpai? And as a result of Senpai forcing her to outright reject Takeshi, he's essentially severed their friendship since the poor guy feels that things can never be the same if he keeps pining for her. As a result of that, she's forced to become even more dependant on her relationship with her Senpai now? At least, that was my interpretation of her reaction to the phone call, seemingly regretful to lose a friend, and seeking 'comfort' as a result.
That ending though. It seems that Takeshi is now just categorised as 'other guys who confessed', and is just a reason for her Senpai to 'reprimand' her, huh. I wonder if she really feels that way, or maybe she's just trying to cope with what just happened?
