Uh, ... I'm not expertly versed in all the various tropes and conventions, but I can't help but think, and say:

Personally wonder if artist, editor and publisher inserted it as a "catch-word", to make it appeal to the fandom out there who are more into Netorare and similar conventions? We may never know.

Quite the misleading title, maybe it’s just me but I feel like I’ve been conditioned to see this type of “swinging” as anything but. Just feels like a normal old FFM story to me.

This chapter is incredibly hot, mainly because it's a straight-up
FFM threesome. It doesn't qualify as NTR, no matter what the
title says, or what the characters say.
In a true "reverse NTR" scenario, Sayaka would be deeply hurt
to discover that Satoshi is cheating with Haruka, but she would
also discover that peeping on them is a big perverted turn-on.
Even then, it simply wouldn't carry the same emotional "punch"
as MMF NTR, which is why "reverse NTR" is such a rare trope.

The wiki article only really considers the ancient and older use of the word rather than the modern use which is closer to what I described. It has been used that in sexual studies past 2000 on sexual fetishes. Nor does the gender of the participants matter, something your precious wiki article doesn't make a point of. involves a very specific voyeuristic situation, and that (based on other examples)
candaulism practically always involves two men and a woman, which doesn't fit
