Honestly after the previous 5 chapters I wasn't sure where this was going, so I'm glad this chapter was relatively...Nice, shows that they've essentially moved on and are quite happy with their new life together. But then, that ending...Of course something has to happen to potentially ruin it, I guess. I am curious as to what exactly it is, though.

I still can't tell whether their relationship is actually healthy.
The dude's attitude towards her sexuality is clearly flawed and tinged with the same sort of abusiveness that pervaded her life in the village. Both of them obviously still have hints of thinking that just because her body reacts a certain way, that means she wants it, which is not the case, as we've seen. I just overall don't think this relationship is what the girl needs.
I'm sure this series is not heading towards what could be considered an ideal ending, but I think it's still at most important, and at least interesting, to bring that up. This is one of those hentai that has managed to grab the attention of BOTH my heads, so I'm very interested to see what else it's got in store.
