I know this isn't NTR, but I always get that NTR vibe whenever I read this book...

In short the art is good and story is ok. Overall, average book to enjoy to pass the time.

Great art easy to understand story have it’s own charm to it.

I was a fan of Gunma's from the moment I read 'It's a straight line...'. As soon as I saw they had another book on Fakku, I knew I wanted to get it at some point. Gunma likes harems, exhibition, tsunderes, and clothing that hugs girls' bodies, accentuating their curves. Their stories often include a popular girl who is the target of the main character's love. You'll find all this here, wrapped in a plot about a boy moving into a new place and the girls he meets there.

It's not too often a manga actually feels like it's meaningfully touching on non-monogamy, so this is refreshing! It's still not doing so in much detail, but the characters have sex with different people and it's considered normal, even good. And not just in that the MC gets to fuck a bunch of women (though that does happen), but they too can be with others. It's nice.

It's got some silly fantasy elements that I think it would be better off without, but even so, it's full of fun characters and hot sex scenes, so it's highly recommended! I hope they do a paperback reprint soon so I can put it on my shelf!

gunma sensei is just one of those classic artists. brings me back to my younger days

I didn't really get as invested in the story of this one as I did with "It's a Straight Line Once You Fall In Love", but I enjoyed the book greatly nonetheless. There are a lot of different sexy outfits in this one, which suits my taste just fine. There's also a horny ghost that can "curse" you with lust? And an adult toy shop owner looking to film promos? It's a strange story that I would describe as "emotionally ambiguous" but it's still pretty hot.

There are also 2 one-shot chapters between the main story's finale and the newly illustrated extra chapter that really show off the duality of Gunma. Nozomi Wish is just too adorable, but Younger Sister Komine's Struggle Chronicles is one of those dystopian chapters that either goes really well or really poorly for the MC. I'd say this one ends on a sour note.

Overall it was very good, but not something I want to return to too often.

Degenerate Warning: This work has a light NTR/netorase theme. I don't know how else I would describe it for vanilla fans. I don't think it is enough to recommend avoiding the work as, (spoilers ahead) disappointingly, everything works out in the end. As for the rest of us, unfortunately, there's no mind break, corruption, forced, etc. that us degenerates are looking for. That said, despite the happy ending and silly ghost plot line, there is still enough going on here to merit four stars.

loved how the manga was many chapters of the same story, helped me get into it more, art was awesome too.

I've been a huge fan of Gunma for years.

I love this artist’s work for a long time. So much in style. So much in feeling.

Eight of the ten chapters is the story of the residents of an apartment complex with a female manager that just can't say no. If you don't like the cover girl on the left, or the general premise of her being with multiple men when she only really loves one I wouldn't really bother with this work as there is a fair amount of that happening and the story makes sure to keep that thought present regardless of who is on the screen. It's not really NTR if they aren't actually together, but it certainly has a light feel of that to those that tend to avoid that.

The major turn on for me with this book across all ten chapters is the girls getting into the sex. It's fairly obvious that in a lot of hentai the girls are fairly willing to have sex. But, the competition going on between the girls in the harem situation going on in the 8 chapters focusing on tokoharu apartments just feels really good to read. The introduction of a more petite character midway through the story and having her get right into it was a great change of pace. The other two chapters also have fairly sex positive girls, one chapter has a girl that really loves sex gossip confessing her love to her childhood friend and another has a premise where it's fairly normal for girls to blow guys to take care of their health. These premises are so good that the art could have been average and it would have been serviceable. Instead, the girls are hot and their faces are really good when they are giving head.

If the things I described in the first segment don't particularly bother you, I cannot recommend this work enough.

The tragic story of a young man whose dream of a life together with the love of his life in the apartment building managed by her comes crashing down when he finds out that, to keep the family business afloat, she has been forced to sell her body as part of the services. And while he can help her out of this situation in the end, it comes with a high price as he himself will have to start doing that in her stead.

I really enjoyed this book! The art was great and girls looked great too!

Kisaragi Gunma has made some of my favorite hentai works and this title ranks way up there. The main story has our protag Haruya a little disappointed early on that he discovers that his older childhood crush is a slut upon renting a room in the apartment building she owns, but she's a slut with a purpose...and she has no problem adding him in on the fun. Her sister is also a childhood friend of his and even though she acts abrasive toward him, kinda like if she was his sister or probably more so she has a crush on him and hides it, she finds herself in the naughtiness. Good stuff.

[Edit/Addition: I will say that even though the main story does have not a mean spirited theme directed toward the MC or has any shock value, it might be a put off to Osananajimi diehard fans. He does get the childhood friend, but so does everyone else. But I'll just say he should just settle for her younger sister Yumi. Yumi likes him and is girlfriend/wife material.]

Kisaragi Gunma always has fun and sexy harems with sweet and sexy gurls and steamy sex scenes.

I wish all his work got animated!

you shouldn't read this when you are sober.

I really like the digital version, but I can't wait to have the physical version on my hands. Am very happy that I bought this boiok, I was looking for a chapter book to buy, until I found this one. All the previous books shows several storylines that has nothing in common, I don't like that. If am going to buy a hentai book it has to have a storyline from begging to end. For example: Boing, Boing (Tayu,Tayu), Sweet Sugar Baby and accours Love and Devil the complete series. I would buy those books ones they are available for purchase :3

Got my physical copy today and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. I was expecting a simple manga-type book, but it's a lot nicer than that. It's heavy, has covers, nice detail all over... it's just an amazing value.

I don't know what other books to buy, but I love this book so if anyone who has purchased this can recommend another, it'd be great.

Kisaragi Gunma was one of my first artists when I learned of Fakku and began to read doujin/hentai manga. I can't NOT own this in paperback.

So when is the download link for the full book gonna be available since all chapters are out now?

This is my favorite release from FAKKU books so far by a wide margin, which is wonderful considering the first release was Renai Sample.

Been saving this one all month so I could red them all in one go.... dont think im gonna make it...
