This is certainly a bittersweet chapter, but I don't think it
deserves some of the dark speculation we see in other
comments.

Arizawa is a nice, good-hearted kid, but that doesn't mean she's necessarily innocent.
There's a hint (page 12, panel 1) that she's actually a little pervy, with an exhibitionist
streak:  "To tell you the truth, I love doing it outdoors."  That suggests she always had
a taste for sex, instead of being "trained" to enjoy sex.

She may have been taken advantage of, but I don't think she was treated cruelly.
The other guys probably saw her as a friendly fuck buddy.  I think she was aware
she was being used, but frankly enjoyed the sex, and the praise she got was just
gravy.  In any case, the last panel is clearly meant to be a happy ending.

On page 12, last panel, Kamoshida's facial expression is
hilarious. It looks like he's being brutally tortured instead
of being sweetly fucked.
