Eh, I think the whole premise behind the instigator's appearance is since he's an asshole on the inside, it's only fitting his looks matches his character.

Unless the guy isn't bright like the other two, I guess she did have sex with the husband in a timeframe to make him think it's his. More than likely, though, its not the husband's and there will be a Maury Povich scenario as he sees that the kid looks more and more like a goblin, and I doubt "clinical psychologist" Dr. Osborn will have the decency or humility to stay away, so in my imagination these two will eventually tell on themselves.
