Try this http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/One_Piece_in_the_UKThat's exactly the link I said I found it from I don't get why that is the reason for them not selling it on dvd at the least.

I'd smoke it if it were made legal and it was manufactured to certain standards it's the fact that some people add stuff to it to make it heavier that puts me off. when you say heavier, are you speaking of weight or potentcy? i've never heard of adding anything other than moisture to increase weight.
legality won't ensure purity.
Well I saw some thing about them adding crushed glass when it grows
but recently I realized a more important reason for it being legal so you don't have to deal with the crooks selling it. I just started to try some and When I was asked did I get high I said 1st time I tried it and it didn't do any thing and the guy threatening to knock me out and getting pressured to buy more than your asking for is annoying. Every time I've bought some the dealer has asked for some, money for petrol, to buy more than I wanted to buy I just can't be bothered buying it at all after dealing with people that act like that.

If you wish whether or not something is a right or not, then you have to ask a few questions. Is it something needed to live?
Is it something needed to earn a living?
Is it something needed to be able to perform in society?
Now while the Internet does not fall under the first question, it does arguable fall under the second and third question for a lot of developed country.
It is becomming increasingly difficult to make a proper living either with indirect or direct internet access. Many companies would find it rather hard to thrive at all and stay open if they loss their internet access. It also is a key to most of the communication between businesses nowadays. That means in an indirect way it influences the majority of everyone's jobs.
And it can be a very direct for people whose living consists of something related to the internet.
And considering how much the internet has become intergrated into certain developed societies, just trying to reasonably interact in society become increasingly difficult without internet access.
As time goes by and it becomes more intergrated you will see this become truer. It might not be at the level where it should be a basic human right, but it will easily reach those levels in even as little as a decade.
I feel for me the internet is some thing needed to live with out it I would of been kicked of JSA and would of went homeless eventually. The reason I feel I have a right to have internet is it seems almost every thing expects me to have it if it wasn't expected of me then I would say no.
1 regenerative abilities that make me invincible
2 ability to put things in to a quantum state and to duplicate things with in it
3 ability to change the size, mass, and physical appearance of any part of my body ;)

I could sort of see why it could be seen as a human right every thing now a days expects you to have internet if there isn't a right to have it it should be wrong to be expected to have it.
Some bills will cost extra to be sent as a letter and instantly be sent as a e-bill instead. When before there was no extra charge for the letter it really shouldn't cost extra.
I'm on job seekers allowance and I'm expected to have internet access if I didn't I couldn't do what is asked of me and going to a public library wouldn't suffice because they ask me to do so much that the amount of time I could get at a library is limited. I also remember at school I suffered in a lot of things because they expected me to have a computer and internet at home to do my home work which I didn't at the time and not having much experience with the internet when I went on it it took longer to get stuff done because I had no idea what I was doing.

Digimon, Dragonball Z, Tenchi Muyo, One Piece (even though it was the 4Kids one I really enjoyed it.. come on I was a kid!) then there was a massive blank of no anime and I forgot about it then I saw Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist, Ghost in the shell and every thing else that Anime Central showed and I was hungry for more.
I like buying anime the main problem for me isn't really the price though the price will greatly effect whether or not I buy it.
I don't get starting prices at £50 when it will be for sale eventually for £20 but if they had a starting price at £35 I would of bought it then if I was dying to get it. I normally go by this when I buy anime about £15 for a 13 episode series, £25 for a 26 episode series, £35 for a 26+ episode series.
The biggest problem for me is what anime is being sold. There is more anime that I want to buy that is not being sold in the UK than that is of coarse that means I'm going to watch it of the internet some how but it doesn't mean I won't buy it when they eventually do sell it. Most if not all of the anime I've bought has to do with the fact I watched it online and liked it if I didn't how would I figure out what I would like to buy.
I also like buying things in store and there is a lack of Anime and manga being sold in stores for DVDs I don't mind so much though I like to use UK stores only but I'd prefer to buy manga from a book store. I recently moved from a small town to a big city and thought the stores would be better equipped but I was wrong they where worse.
I like watching it dubbed I don't mind the accents (though I don't really notice), the thing that I dislike about people saying the voice acting is bad is could they tell if the voice acting was bad in Japanese if it was bad. The thing I don't like about watching some thing in Japanese is the fact I can't always tell who is saying what and because I don't speak Japanese I can't pick up on most of the emotions in the voice. I don't hate subs it's all a preference thing of giving the choice which one do I prefer to best enjoy the anime.

I was looking to see when if at all One Piece Dvds were coming to the uk because I kept seeing it on the line up on CN (I didn't know which dub it was at the time cause I didn't watch it because I didn't know when it started and had no interest in watching it half way through a series), but then saw some where say
Could any one tell me what legal reasons these are? it does say a reason why after where it says it but I don't get why it's the reason.
The Funimation version of One Piece is not available for viewing in the UK due to legal reasons.~

I used to play it but stopped because of how long it would take to get my next level to level up. also because it's a little crappy but that didn't bother me much but I cared about leveling quickly.
I always thought the main reason jews and others were killed was to take there possessions and work them to death was to heal the economy they blamed they jews for doing. I say it in the sense that it wasn't because the jews were removed from society but because they took their money and had a free labor force.
I think if teachers got to make there own curriculum and use the the text books to avoid any biest, diversity, PC bullcrap then it might be it ok like I can imagine at my school we would have divided our selves into pro and anti for a hypothetical debate but I could imagine some mother fuckers telling us we can't do that.
but I was thinking no way to this
When I was a kid and heard about sex I thought it took a guy and a guy to make a boy and a chick and a chick to make a girl. They need to teach the health implications just like they would for heterosexuality as well.

"This new law will prohibit textbooks and teachers from telling children the facts that homosexuality is neither healthy nor biological."

When I play too long for me it's when I go to bed and close my eyes all I get is flash backs and dream about what I should of done or will do it's really annoying it goes away with a couple of days of not playing.
When I was 13 I played Pokemon Silver pretty much every day for about 2 years and when ever it was quiet I could hear the theme tune in my head it took about a year of not playing it for it to go away.

I preorder if it is about 10-15 pounds less than the price it will be for sale when it comes out or if it's special edition (if decant) and I really want it.
Most of the time I wait till it drops in price. I feel like they would make more money if the price wasn't so high on the release day like a game priced at £40 I wait till it's about £15 then buy for most games but if the price was £25 on release day I would probably buy it then.
