I know. Just stating it anyways. The mismatched screens on the regular 3DS still look kind of odd in my opinion. I guess there does need to be room for the buttons though.

Of course, after Xillia, I immediately had to purge my ears from cringy english voice acting. The retailer I went to only had Meruru and it was pretty cheap so I just bought it on a whim. Maybe I should have started with Rorona or Totori but Atelier meruru does a good job introducing all those, HNNNGG hug-worthy characters, so I'm not complaining. When Totori was made available in-game I directly went with an all girls party. Lias is a reliable fighter but Keina is more pleasing to the eye, fuck logic.Yeah, Keina and her basket lol. I usually use Mimi, Sterk, and sometimes Totori for my main party. Sterk has a really badass special finisher in Meruru. I recommend using it once you get him. He's probably one of my favorite male JRPG characters.
Also, I recommend switching up your party members every so often if you want to get more events. Some events can only be triggered this way. You should definitely play Totori if you enjoy this one though. They're very similar.

I almost posted in here yesterday to talk about Atelier Meruru since it's the first of the series I've ever bought and, well, there is no Meruru thread... I've been impressed by it so far, surprisingly. The characters are enjoyable. The moe has been put to good use here unlike some other j-rpg I won't mention. Chances are I will buy esha and logy straight away once it's being localized.You should have at least played Totori before Meruru. I guess I can understand skipping Rorona but there's really no reason to skip Totori.
Totori is still my favorite alchemist of the Arland trilogy. She's so fucking adorable that it's impossible not to like her. Her and Mimi's yuri relationship is glorious.
And yeah, the characters are one of the best parts of these games. I do trust you're using the JPN voices, right?

Escha now has some kind of new DLC pirate costume.
That slightly awkward yet cute expression. That exposed bellybutton. It's going to be impossible to not like her when I [size=4]hopefully[/h] play this game someday.
Logy gets animal ears and a tail. I'm guessing female fans of the game will be all over this one. Logy actually seems like a really cool male lead though. Can't wait to [size=4]hopefully[/h] play as him.
