No idea. Taichi just mentions a game where such a thing is a mechanic without actually giving the name out. TvTropes hasn't been any help, so I decided to ask. And yeah, I used the walkthrough after getting the Kiri end twice. I'd assume that my bad ends were important, since there were some difference between the two. If you or anyone else responds, I'll be back after I finish it. Thanks for the tip. :PHonestly, I never got a bad ending with Cross Channel so I don't know what happens there. You now got me kind of curious. But I'm pretty sure that
Spoiler:
Are you using this walkthrough? This one is simple to use. The Kiri route is Week #3.
Also, can you say what happens in both of the Kiri ends you read? Put it in spoilers please.

Is the game that's mentioned by the main character real? The one where if a character dies, you need to go back to a save point to get a clone of said character? What game mentioned by the main charater are you referring to? I don't remember any. Also, you don't need to go back to a save point. Just make the correct choices using the walkthrough independently of what happens in the end. You'll come to understand the need to do that. I won't say anymore because of spoilers.
Don't make the sin of dropping Cross Channel without finishing it. You'll truly regret it.

(Also, to those who have played it, should I play Curtaincall or just skip it?)And now on to My Girlfriend is the President, in the middle of Yukino's route, the games pretty funny but there really isn't much of a "plot" so far.
From what I honestly coughbarelycough remember from Kira☆Kira Curtain Call the game is truly basically what the description says. There's not so much development as the original game but you'll probably like it if you liked the original story. Again, Kira☆Kira is oh so much better than the fan disc.
You should throw out of the window the plot in My Girlfriend is the President and give space to the lulz, HNNNG's and wtf when reading =P
