As said previously, CTRL + C to copy and CTRL + V to paste. You could also try CTRL + X

That's a problem if trying to quick start. Apart from that, daemon tools can open the file. You will may to manually select the mount image option and select all files under file type. If you need more information on how to, pm me.

it dont work it says it still dont reconize fileRight click the file, select "open with" and then choose 7-zip. After that, begin extracting.

Yes, it's english because it was officially localized and the game is on the user uploads section with the reference that it's in english...
