For similar VNs to Kara no Shoujo check the tags on VNDB. I'm not a fan of that type of VNs so I don't know much about them.

The pictures aren't available anymore and I don't think that they'll be uploaded again.
But to install the game is simple. Jacob in the opening post explained quite well how to install it. When you mount the game it'll open a window with some options in japanese. One of them is to install the game. You may also want to check the FAQs and Tutorials thread.
