Manga as in the books or the chapters? Chapters get uploaded three four times a day but the books haven't came out in a while and I think that's because they're releasing something soon so all their attentions on the big release and the back law of books not being sent out on time I'm being pushed

Sorry I misread I thought you were talking about buying a book and sending it over to Japan it's hard for me to read sometimes with this messed up eyes I have. Digital has no shipping address so that should be fine. You could invest in a VPS that has a VPN in it that way it downloads into a third party server or remote access American computer at your if you're able to know why you download into an American computer that you own

I mean the store won't even let you buy it with a Japanese address the sites ordering code is hardwired to block the non-legal countries where pornography is illegal or restricted to the censored under Japan's laws. No third party stores in proxy sellers that's another thing you might be able to get away but there's always a chance the Customs agents gets free uncensored poontang pornography. It's not illegal to own it is this selling it Distributing it and giving it to a Japanese citizen is restricted

(I’d had it sent to a parcel locker in my town so that my parents wouldn’t be inclined to pry when it arrived). Today I tried to change my delivery address by cancelling and reordering. By the time I’d realised what I’d done I couldn’t reorder. So basically my months of anticipation and following got flushed. I will still be able to get the hard edition because stock isn’t limited or anything but man I feel bummed.
