Also, I do tip every single time, since I work in shitty fast food joints, janitorial jobs, and pizza places mostly.
Right now, working as a night custodian for my local Thriftway, pay's okay at 11.50/hr, gets me by while I go to college.
Though minimum wage is all the way up to 9.50 here now, but cost of living is still pretty high.
Not as high as our neighbors down below (Cali), but I guess if you couple in ridiculous prices for necessities (3.49 for the cheapest gallons of milk, for example, 4.39 for alpenrose. We're talking about wal-mart prices here, btw)
I remember the day when milk was sold for 1.50 a gallon here... that was only 5 or 6 years ago, iirc.
Actually walmart food is more expensive then store prices. Gal of local brand milk is 2.49. Walmart milk is out of state and 4$
