Weird. I preordered in the first 15 mins.Because of the shipping backlog with all the delayed books coming in at once, they have been shipping stuff out of order. I ordered a doujin a week ago and it shipped before my pre-order that had been in stock for a month did. Seems like they are going by which pre-order book was listed first, then by order size right now and working from smallest to largest from what I can tell.
I only order one book at a time.

Only if there no enough resources available. Aka your using the download speed on something/cache is full/ram is over loaded/cpu load. Takes me about 3 secs to load then rarely buffers..
