For meat, my favourite is pork.
Has in sausages, chops, ribs and what you call bacon or actual stringy meat like tenderloin or shoulder/butt. Me the Former yes, but latter fuck no.
But the latter are the best to slow cook for some good BBQ pork.
Granted, nothing taste better than fresh Hog. Just the sweetest meat you'll ever taste. If a certain one of my Aunt and Uncle host a family gathering I know for sure to go because they'll slaughter one of their Hogs for it.
Hospital food and bad carnitas are to blame but I never like pork roasts. I did like pull pork and bbq. I also like Chicharrones too. Translation for non Californians or Mexicans. Fried pork skins and sometimes pork fat with meat pork rinds. Good with salsa verde or a splash of Tabasco or Tapatio.

Yeah. It has an anime adaptation coming out.
The studio that's doing it is the same one that did Steins Gate, Akame ga Kill, and Re:Zero so while I wouldn't be as stoked as say something from Madhouse it's not like it's being done by Pierrot.
Censorship could be an issue. But I think only in terms of the nudity. The studio is no stranger to blood and gore so I think it'll be fine.
Bluray maybe. Tv streams will be censored. May never be uncensored. Look at darling in the franxx tv vs it's manga. Even the bd is censored.
