Did he just compare the game-development for the NES to the Ps3?
Did he just compare making games on a cartridge for a 8-bit system to making games on a blu-ray disc for a current generation console?

Im sure he knows what hes talking about. Hes been doing development for a long time.I gucess the comparison is that for him at least it was childs play.

No need, im not arguing that the Ps3 is hard to develope for, i only questioned giroro's post about developers prefering the Ps3 since i found information that contradicted that.

a bunch of developers go on on how they enjoy working with the Ps3's Blu-Ray Disc capabilities. Thats what i meant by power(my bad i didnt specify)
I lol'd, that's from Sony's E3 conference, ofcourse they're gonna make it sound like the Ps3 is teh bestest thing evah!

Also, i didn't hear anyone say anything about prefering to develope games for the Ps3, they only talked about how badass the console is and is gonna be in the future (lol unexpected to bring that up at their own conference)

Sony's conference was kick ass. Like Ive said I still believe in the end they will come out on top. They've future proofed the PS3. Also I believe the naughty dog said uncharted only took the cell processor up to 30% usage which just shows how powerful the PS3 is.

Now that the PS3 is spread throughout the community all the thrid party games are for the PS3. Dead space Fallout 3 ETC. You get the idea.

that only 5 games on your list were decent. and there are talks of versus 13 going to X360 at a later date as well.

I will concede that the PS3 has superior stats, but it's price and lack of -good- games make it less than worth it. though it is the cheapest bluray out there lol, that would be a reason to buy it, screw games XD
what I'm saying is that the 360 is on top because of its negotiable price and top line selection of games

left for dead is actually a good game, Valve is a pc exclusive which ties microsoft in so i have to say that it sucks to not be a part of this game
halo 3? why are you listing games in the past?
bioshock is coming out OCT 21 on Ps3 with all of your so called "exclusive DLC"
Mass Effect yes a great RPG but there is talk on porting it to the PS3

not only has numerous gaming companies said that they prefer working with PS3, they can also do more with the ps3. Xbox360 simply does not have the power to run games such as MGS4 and LittleBigPlanet, the developers said it themselves. Not to mention that i have NEVER,EVER,EVER met anybody that is on their FIRST 360. Oh and the guy that leaked information as to why the red ring happens? he was fired, and is now getting sued by microsoft to the fullest extent of the law. bottom line is you get what you pay for. If you pay $199 for a 360 expect problems.
You've gone up in my books. BTW im on my 3rd 360 and its starting to act up.
