BS. Make another post to hit 1000 anywhere in forums and then make the thread in IB where post count don't matter. The point is that there's is no point in these threads other than congratulating yourself, which is fine and dandy, but that pointlessness belongs in IB. Mods shouldn't have to move it; users should have some more common sense, and I know asking that is like asking a troll to play nice.
I don't see it as that big of a deal. When a user has 999 posts and they make a topic here that thread counts as the 1000th. It has always been like that and no one has complained yet I don't think. Well until you at least. Maybe some users view IB as a place where things won't get as noticed as fast or maybe they just want their 1000th post to be in random.
When I made my 3000th post thread I really didn't have a mind set about it other then I have 2999 posts, I will now make a thread in Random which will be my 3000th post so everyone can celebrate with me. I don't really see much harm in that. It takes a mod maybe 20 secs, 25 pushing it to move a thread if FAKKU mod control panel is like other forums.
In short, no big deal don't worry about it. If the mods don't mind, the users don't mind (well most users) and the admins don't mind then I see no prob.
EDIT: Also I don't see why a Elder thread can't be random. It's almost become the norm now. Whenever you reach a milestone make a thread in Random about it. If it's a title you have reached, a large post count you have acquired, a large amount of rep you have acquired, your FAKKU! anniversary etc.
I also won't be continuing this convo. This convo is suppose to be about congratulating the user on a accomplishment in FAKKU! Not arguing over if it was right or wrong to post it in a certain section.
Congratulations on becoming an Elder. Hope you have had a great time on Fakku and here's hoping for another 1000 posts full of fun.

TBH, IDK. I am going through my Saber stuff and I don't know artists all that well. I just post what looks good. Don't wanna leave you hanging and you probably have all of if not most of these but here's a collection of that artists work. Collection.
I doubt it will happen as well but the best bet would be on Ataraxia. If all else fails there's always the games. I will be playing Hollow when the translation patch is done. Not gonna pass up on a FSN sequel.
