Well, there's ATLAS and AGTH, but I heard that botches up the translation so bad, you could learn Japanese and finish the VN faster than making sense through them.

It's a picture I found some time ago from the /m/echa section of 4chan. To put it simply: Operation Moongate is the first game in the Virtual-On series of arcade mech fighters. Bal Bas Bow is one of the playable mechs there, but it's more of a tank than a nimble humanoid mech (unlike every other mech in the series), putting it at an obvious disadvantage.

Given that this game is best played with special dual joysticks made just for it, it was considered a feat that the guy actually did what the pic describes.


tl;dr hard mecha game beaten in hardest difficulty with non-recommend input recommended input peripherals and hardest to use mech.
