Not all anime is like that, and using Madoka as an example of a "girly/childish" anime is a bad move. The lesbian content would be the least of your worries (rather, try explaining why a character's head didn't grow back after it was bitten off; Madoka is a lot darker than it initially appears to be).

If you're so worried about what kind of anime she might end up watching, give her something really kodomo, like Doraemon or similar.

Then find a torrent for either RPG Maker XP, VX, or VX Ace. With that OS, any of them should work properly.

Note of advice from my brother who's making a game with a friend of his: even though it's game-making simplified, RPG Maker is still pretty complex, in terms of actually trying to make a game. You'll need to spend a lot of time fine-tuning and bug-testing everything to make sure it's all OK (unless you try to make a VN, which is also possible). But really, this thing will let you make whatever you want, with the right resources. Hell, you could probably even put yourself and Sushi in the game.

I hope my information was enough to get you intrigued in the software.

As for yanderes on PC RPGs... try this page, for starters. Lists a lot of popular and mainstream video games with yanderes in them. There should be at least ONE PC RPG in there.
