Downloading is just an extra hassle. I can easily just let the video play for a few seconds, get to a good point, Print Screen, paste on Paint, crop, then run the subsequent image through SauceNAO.

EDIT: Well, the URL speaks the truth. It IS a hentai called Rei Zero. I only found a stream link for it, though. Nothing along the lines of downloads or torrents.
