The artist is indeed Somejima. The original title is Denno Paradise, and it appears in the April 2012 edition of Comic Unreal.You're right, it is in COMIC Unreal 2012-04. When can we actually expect this out in English, though? Doujin-Moe seem to be pretty... secure with their translations.

No, it's more digital world action and drama, like .hack// and Sword Art Online (MMO genre, I guess?). Don't actually know if there are robots or not; you'd have to ask Sprite or zeroniv here.
