Now that you mention is, megane really DOES seem to have only female bespectacled characters. Kind of unfair, actually, considering megane literally means "glasses", whereas meganeKKO means "glasses girl". I'm gonna bring this up with Jacob and see if I can get permission to add male characters to the tag as well.
Anyway, on-topic, my favourite series that happens to have a male bespectacled character: Yanagida-kun to Mizuno-san.

OK, I don't really watch or pay too much attention to the series, but if Neko's "teen complex" is anything close to "liking guys of Kyousuke's age", which happens to 17 as per Wikipedia, then this is most likely what you want.
Ephebophilia: basically, the attraction towards adolescents between the ages of 15 to 19.
There's also hebephilia, which is for 11yo to 14yo pubescent children. The slight problem with both of these is that these terms are mainly applied for adults (as in, older people attracted to younger people of that age). It's the closest I could get to the context I know, unfortunately.

Uhhh... well, there's the concept of "anthropomorphism", which is basically giving human qualities to animals, inanimate objects and the like. That could be put here, but this is the person acting like an object, not the latter "becoming" the former.
There's also "zoomorphism", where humans are depicted like animals, but that specifically said animals. I guess the closest I can get for this is "reverse anthropomorphism fetish". Quite a mouthful, huh?
