There really isn't a need for that much more staff. They don't really scour the forums for trolls or situations that need their attention. Since fakku has a report feature, the collective community counts as a mod itself.
And if you find yourself rarely using it to report issues and troll posts, then you shouldn't consider yourself a potential mod. Users without any real interest in the community make for poor mods who are only interested in the title.
