I settled down and got even more serious about the Fakku Visual Novel, especially with regards to the story. I sincerely ask for your attention. Below is a premise I want to base the Fakku Visual Novel on.

Please read the following and give me your honest thoughts.

Future Fakku Userz exists in a virtual reality city where Fakku is tabooed.
People used to live in reality, however the world became inhabitable so they are forced into virtual worlds while their physical bodies are sustained in pods.
The new identity that the people have gotten since being forced into the virtual world, some of them choose different lives for themselves, seeing this as a second chance, while some live the same way.
The protagonist is someone who is trying to make a meaning out of all of this. From his lifestyle of constant Fakku to the virtual world where nothing is real and nothing remains. The lack of meaning in living in a artifical world.
When the Protagonist is at a Fakku Convention one day, he’s told by Anon to meet with Momoka alone. Instead of Momoka, he meets Heroine who is here to meet Momoka alone as well. Authority forces appear suddenly to crack down and arrest them. They escape together.
Along with a few others who got out of the convention, they learn that the virutal reality deems Momoka as a virus entity and they are trying to crack down on Fakku and H content. They want to reset the Fakku users into ordinary people leading predetermined life patterns to ensure stability so they can fix the world outside.
The protagonist and those who all got out receives a message shortly from Jacob Grady, who is no longer in the virtual world but the real world, about escaping the authorities and virtual world, telling them to find Momoka, because she will help them escape.
They each plan to search for Momoka and investigate the truth on their own because its safer. They keep in contact with each other through chat messages, irc, forum boards etc (the advanced and futuristic equivalent of these). According to the choices made and the relationships developed with the chosen character, they eventually team up with each other while some of them remain as loners.

Notes;
There are 7 characters looking for Momoka. Protagonist is one of the 7, along with Heroine. Like what Cinia mentioned, I believe there is a lot of room for creativity and unique characters. With a smaller cast, we can focus more on building depth into them as well.
Like I said, this is a long term project so it’s alright to talk about where this will be headed.
These are ideas that I believe you will find interesting.
Multiple Perspectives – Each of the 7 Characters we can play from their perspective and make decisions from their POV as well.
World Exploration and Heavy character relationship building – The world map or rather the city map becomes open and we get to go to certain areas and interact with certain characters, and random events occur as well.
Cinematic Style – Mahoutsukai no Yoru is a great example

Yes, please make a Heroine tsundere route. While I was thinking about the story, I believe I was visualizing a heroine, cold or distant tsundere who was leading a new identity in this virtual world, and eventually I built that into the story as well. I guess I did that because the thought was implanted when I was reading through your posts earlier. I see what Xenon meant, initiative really is something you have to take. I think I would’ve really ended up in a different conclusion if you never said you wanted to do a tsundere heroine route.
Basing a VN from the V Day entries really did led the project astray in my mind and I agree that we should come up with with something original for this.

The questions is whether or not its in the first POV or the third POV it seems. I think it depends largely on how we intend to direct this entire project. You are right on point, the way it will be written depends largely on how we intend to have the story presented as well. Like what I mentioned above, if we do multiple perspectives from the individual characters, it would provide more variety, greater depth to the story and the process of separate people writing separate routes becomes fitting as well. My take so far would be the first POV since it provides for everyone more opportunity to have a part and come up with their own unique materials. The third POV would require a consistent writing style/voice throughout so that’s something to consider as well.

I think this newer division is better. What you just mentioned above is an excellent way to start this project especially for the common route. We can always discuss about the separate people writing separate routes later.

For the yandere loli character, I'm suggesting to make her to be the 4th wall breaker.

We can make her a bit psychotic / insane like Deadpool from Marvel (I'm going to asssume everyone knows him). So, she'll start breaking the 4th wall and she realize that she's in the VN, but no one will really understand and just think she's joking or think that it's all just her imagination because she's a bit insane.

How about... Making her a character that ran away from the psychiatric hospital and somehow she met the protagonist...

For the background :
First of all, become she became insane, she has a hardcore brother complex.
She's a girl that's put into a psychiatric hospital after she witnessed her parents and big brother (Onii-sama please) murdered in front of her (from robbery or stuff). The stress from back then stopped her growth (All can be explained with hormone and shit. Trust me, I'm a medical student). She always carry three dolls with her (just make it a small doll) because she thinks of them as her parents and brother.

Later, she'll see the protagonist as a substitute for her brother, and rips up one of her doll (yay for doll violence) that she thought as her brother.
