Misaki walked around in a certain building. Accompanied by scientists. Fuyuko was not with her, of course. It seemed like she simply dodged class, using her abilities. The time was around 3:30 pm. It seemed that everyone walking with her wore a type of a white helmet specifically made to protect themselves from being mind-controlled. Misaki saw such helmets when she was taking part on the project for developing Exterior, in her younger days. It brought back some unwanted memories. As they kept walking, one of the researchers spoke hesitatingly, "U-Umm, why didn't Hyotoki-san come with you, today?"

Misaki's brain then immediately proceeded to reminiscing; she woke up to the scene this morning, finding Fuyuko unpacking some boxes... a seemingly tiny child doing that somehow made her laugh, it seemed absolutely comical. She thought to herself that perhaps a helping hand comes in order, but then she realized her position as the Queen of Tokiwadai. Getting her pride in the way, she instead changed, took a short shower; looked at the time, then went out.

"A-Ah, yes, it's still school time, but then... why are you here so early today?" Misaki didn't even need to imagine it, the man was sweating.

Misaki's lips stretched, forming a smirk.

It's around 3:30 pm, 29th of September. A siren could be heard around district 7, specifically around a certain mall. An announcement came shortly after, "There has been a terrorist attack on this mall, please do not approach the area."

Judgement members were tasked to prioritize removal of citizens from the mall, via any means. Judgement decided that they'd use Telepathy users to inform citizens about the situation and tell them to run away. There were also a few members of Judgement patrolling outside to ensure any shady people didn't come and go.

Anti-skill members planned to dive into the mall when the civilians were all evacuated. Judgement members also decided that they'd send a few members on the underground section of the mall just in case. In the case that terrorists used that section to hide.

The mall itself was really large, except that the underground section was half the size in comparison to the section above the underground section. There were many shops that were not closed properly due to the sudden announcement. Not many can smell a danger coming, after all. People values their life quite a lot.

It seemed that Natsu still walked about inside the mall, interested in the activity going on, with a certain body guard...
