Yea, Riven is just...supposed to be an early game bully, but scales into late game too. She's top tier #1 safe pick again, zzzz.
After her recent nerfs. Thank god they came. She's still a fantastic top, but the problem was her regen was ABSURD. Every Riven player I know used to run Health Regen quints, and as a result she had like 19 HP5 Regen(without masteries), and that was stupid. That's the only real issue I had with her, now Riven players actually need to think about their shield rather than throwing it out without consequence because of the regen.
