You seem to have misunderstood the rules. It doesn't matter if it's a torrent or not, it's the fact it's breaking US law to share thing licensed in the US. It doesn't matter if it's DDL, torrent, IRC or whatever.

It is more of the idea that it is overlooked. A lot of licensed material comes through Fakku both anime and hentai. ^_^;;
Personally I've never found torrenting hentai to be very reliable, although others seem to disagree. I would suggest at least trying to go to http://4megaupload.com to search for them.

and thats a random upload, some might have password(i might waste my time DLing for a passworded file)....
edit: i also dont know the (some)titles of this series, since i cant read japanese......

Could be wrong on the name but I think it is Aru Ajifu from demonbane (I know this is the right anime at the very least).
Awesome cosplay as well, is a plus with a cosplay from my fav. tales of so far. ^^.
The name is spelled Al Azif, and yeah she's from Demonbane series.
Well I got it from anime news network so blame them for the wrong spelling >_<.
